In the year 1922, an English archeologist discovered an extremely elaborate pyramid-tomb completely intact where the famous Egyptian Pharaoh, King Tutank Hamon had been buried about 1357B.C. In this grave was discovered among other treasurable things, honey, wheat and corn. Curious to see what would happen after 3,279 years, the archeologist planted the wheat and corn seeds on the fertile ground along the Nile River.Interestingly, within the normal maturation period, a rich harvest of wheat and corn sprang up-a harvest from seeds of over 3000 years old.
Though the seed lay dormant for three and half millennia, in the seed was the potential to produce and to reproduce a notable harvest. All it needed was the proper environment in which to grow. Metaphorically speaking, there is tremendous potential that has been locked up within you. Unfortunately, you have never taken time to check it out. YOU are loaded with seeds of great potential but for the last few decades that you have been on the globe, these seeds have remained dormant in you because you have denied them access to the proper environment for your greatness to manifest.
In order to grow, the seed of your potential must be planted on fertile soil. Soil here represents nourishment for your mind. Your mind is the software that drives your life. Your mind is nourished or fueled by your dominant thoughts. Thoughts are things. What kind of thoughts do you allow to lodge in your mind? In order for your seed of potential to germinate, you need to water it by taking action. You must become an action oriented person. You must have a massive action plan. Your seed of potential also requires psychological sunshine. You need to expose yourself to those things that you want to see and have in your life. Go where the people who have achieved the success you want are. These three key elements to natural and spiritual growth determines whether your seed of potential grows or stays a seed.
